Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards and paypal. For established clients we accept checks and cash as well.

At the time of booking, a 20% deposit along with a signed contract will be required to secure your requested date.

Remaining balance will be due on the day of your event upon completion of set up. Dates are NOT reserved until a deposit payment is received. 

What is your policy for damaged products?

When we return to pick up our equipment we will inspect. Inflatables should be as we left them- inflated with air. 

If any product is damaged you forfeit your deposit. If multiple items are damaged we will seek the cost to replace all items. 

HOw does the movie choice work?

Backyard Pineapple will only provide the equipment stated in our package (Movie Screen, projector, speaker and DVD player) and not the entertainment or media. Any other equipment not stated in our standard package details such as DVDs, video game consoles, laptops, cable boxes etc. will not be provided.

you must choose your own movie to play and provide the dvd or streaming device.


Why can't you provide the movie?

The simple answer: Licensing. 

The long: If you are hosting your own family outdoor movie night on your property, you won’t need a public license. licensing fees range from $250 to $500 depending on a variety of factors.  NOTE: Backyard Pineapple does NOT provide movie licenses and are not held liable to public viewings conducted without a license. Below you will find the links to the two motion picture licensing companies.

The company is not a competitor. They simply offer another service. 


Weather conditions for Outdoor Movie

In the event that your party is a rain out we will gladly reschedule for an available date or return your deposit. 

Rain outs are called within 48 hours of the scheduled date. we do not set up if it is raining. we will be happy to set up if you have an alternative indoor/covered space. 

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated from 77002, every event includes a delivery fee. If you book our luxury outdoor seating the delivery is a minimum of $150 in HOUSTON.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to call us as soon as possible at 832-202-8197. Cancellations 30 business days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations less than 30 business days prior to the event will result in the loss of your deposit.
